GENERAL SHIPPING INFO
Bomgaars strives to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Please allow 24-48 business hours (M-F) for an order to be processed once it has been submitted via Bomgaars.com. We partner with the U.S. Postal Service and other commercial package delivery services to ship all orders originating from our warehouse. Final charges for shipping are based on several variables such as weight, destination, and service level. Actual charges will display during checkout and may vary by order.
OVERSIZED/OVERWEIGHT ITEMS
Oversized and/or overweight items are subject to additional shipping surcharges. Shipping surcharges are reflected in your shopping cart. Orders that match the criteria below will be charged as an oversized and/or overweight item
- Any order exceeding 70 lbs.
- Any order with a girth over 130 inches [Length (longest side)]+{(2xW)+(2xH)}]

FREE GROUND SHIPPING
- Periodically Bomgaars will Promote a Free Shipping Coupon Code - details for the coupon will be posted at time of promotion. Surcharges will still apply to any order with size, weight, or special handling needs and will appear in customer’s cart upon checkout.
STANDARD GROUND SHIPPING
- In-stock merchandise will normally be delivered in 2-7 business days (Monday-Friday) after the order has been received and processed.
- Our Standard Ground Shipping will not exceed 70 lbs.
EXPEDITED DELIVERY
- In-stock merchandise will be delivered within 2-3 business days (Monday-Friday) after the order has been received and processed.
EXPRESS DELIVERY*
- In-stock merchandise will be delivered the next business day after the order has been received and processed. Express Delivery excludes weekend and holiday delivery.
*Express Delivery is not available in all locations and will not come up as an option if your address is excluded.
GIFT CARDS purchased online are delivered via USPS First Class mail.
Complete address and phone number are required for all orders in order to ensure on-time delivery.
Rural addresses may require 1 or more additional days for delivery.
Once your order has been received and processed, you will receive a confirmation email acknowledging receipt of the order; you will also receive an email including the tracking number for the order.

These coupons and promotions are limited to items ordered on the site and may not be applied to shipping costs, unless specifically stated. Some coupons and promotions are limited to ONLY Bomgaars.com, while others are valid on Bomgaars.com and at any of our store locations. Please read coupon or promotion details carefully for terms of use. Due to the nature of manufacturer rebates, we are unable to process these online.
