Charge Accounts

Bomgaars offers charge accounts to farmers, ranchers, businesses, government agencies, schools and non-profit organizations.

Merchandise can be charged to your account on a monthly basis. Upon account setup, a list of authorized signers will be designated, and only those individuals will be allowed to make charges under that account. Accounts are invoiced on the 16th of each month and are due within 10 days of the invoice date. Charge accounts are valid for use at any of our Bomgaars locations.

Important Things to Remember Regarding Bomgaars Charge Accounts:

• To update signers on your account, click here.

• A $3 service fee is assessed on all paper statements sent by postal mail.

• Copies of all charges will be sent to you, with the statement, after the 16th of each month. 

• A service charge will be assessed at the rate of 1.5% per month on all past due balances.

• When an account becomes 30 days past due, the privilege of charging will be eliminated until the balance, including service charges, is paid in full.

• Chronically overdue accounts will be permanently closed.
