FULL-TIME and PART-TIME RETAIL TEAM MEMBERS

To ensure the success of our new store in Cheyenne, Bomgaars is seeking motivated, responsible, customer service oriented individuals with retail experience. Positions offer an opportunity to be a productive team member while providing excellent customer service.

Qualifications:

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Agriculture background/Product knowledge
  • Retail Sales/Cashier experience preferred
  • Clear and concise communication skills
  • Organizational skills/Detail oriented
  • Must be able to lift 50+ lbs. on a regular basis and stand for long periods of time
  • Committed to excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Must be available to work flexible schedules - days, evenings, weekends, holidays (shift premium paid for working weekends and holidays)

Responsibilities May Include:

  • Greet and welcome customers
  • Cashier/Handle transactions accurately (cash, credit cards, debit cards, checks)
  • Scan, bag, and issue receipts to customers
  • Sales/Stocking/Recovery
  • Freight handling/Forklift operation/Merchandising the sales floor
  • Promote store loyalty programs/special promotions/coupon redemption
  • Ensure store is clean, organized, and well stocked
  • Assisting customers with product selection and load outs
  • Handling phone calls
