FULL-TIME SALES ASSOCIATES (Clothing/Footwear)
Bomgaars is seeking friendly and customer service oriented individuals to fill Sales Associate positions in the Clothing/Footwear departments. The position offers an opportunity to be a productive team member while providing excellent customer service.
Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years or older
- Agriculture background
- Product knowledge
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs on a reqular basis
- Committed to excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Must be available to work flexible schedules - days, evenings, rotating weekends (shift premium paid for working weekends)
Responsibilities:
- Freight handling/forklift operation
- Sales/Cashier/Cash handling
- Ensure store is clean, organized, and well stocked
- Assisting customers with product selection and load outs
- Handling phone calls
- Other tasks as assigned
Starting wage range is $15.00 per hour with a comprehensive Benefit package
