The AR Blue Clean plastic quick change garden hose adapter PW909103K attaches to your garden hose and quickly connects to the clear quick connect filter. All you need to do is slide back the collar of the socket half of the quick connect to remove the coupler from the filter plug. Attaching it is just a matter of pushing the collar firmly onto the plug. Once the plug is firmly seated in the socket the safety collar locks into place. The o-ring seals within the female, socket half of the quick connect. The o-ring will occasionally blow out or deteriorate. Allowing the pump to operate without the hose or nozzle attached is commonly the cause. If leaks occur when using the coupler, replace the o-ring seal.
