PART-TIME DEPARTMENT LEAD (Stihl/Small Engine)
Bomgaars is seeking a motivated, responsible individual to fill a Department Lead position. The position is a supervisory role to oversee the Stihl merchandise area and do repair work on small engines.
Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years or older
- Cashier experience
- Experience and knowledge of small engines/Stihl products
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs on a regular basis and stand for long periods of time
- Committed to excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Must be available to work flexible schedules (approximately 20 hours per week), will discuss. (Shift premium paid for working weekends)
Responsibilities
- Repair of Stihl power equipment (chainsaws, leaf blowers, mowers, tillers, snow blowers, etc.)
- Organize and restock Stihl merchandise aisles - freight handling/forklift operation
- Assembly of merchandise
- Ensure department is clean
- Handling phone calls
- Assisting Customers with product selection and load outs
Starting wage is $15.00 per hour based on experience
