FULL-TIME SPORTING GOODS DEPARTMENT LEAD
Our new store in Cheyenne is seeking a motivated individual as a Department Lead over the Sporting Goods department. Prefer individual has supervisory experience as well as firearms and sporting goods merchandise knowledge. Position offers an opportunity to be a productive team member.
Qualifications:
- Must be 21 years or older
- Subject to an applicable background check
- ATF Compliance and sale of new firearms general knowledge/experience
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs on a regular basis
- Committed to excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Must be available to work flexible schedules - days, evenings, weekends (shift premium paid for working weekends)
Responsibilities
- Freight handling/forklift operation
- Cashier
- Sales/Stocking/Recovery
- Handling phone calls
- Assisting Customers with product selection and loadouts
Starting wage is based on experience
