FULL-TIME DEPARTMENT LEAD (Stihl Technician)

Bomgaars is seeking a motivated, responsible individual with knowledge and experience in Stihl power equipment. The individual will oversee the power equipment merchandise area to include doing equipment repair.

Qualifications:

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Cashier experience 
  • Experience and knowledge of Stihl power equipment/small engines
  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs on a regular basis and stand for long periods of time
  • Committed to excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Must be available to work flexible schedules - 10:00 am to 6:00 pm, includes weekends (shift premium paid for working weekends)

Responsibilities

  • Maintenance/Repair/Assembly of Stihl power equipment (chainsaws, hedge trimmers, blowers, etc.)
  • Freight Handling/Organize and restock Stihl power equipment aisles
  • Sales/Cashier/Recovery
  • Ensure department is clean, organized, and well stocked
  • Handling phone calls
  • Assisting Customers with product selection and load outs

Starting wage is $17.00 per hour with a comprehensive Benefit package
