FULL-TIME and PART-TIME SALES ASSOCIATES
Bomgaars is seeking friendly, customer service oriented individuals with retail experience. Sales Associate positions offer the opportunity to work in various departments while providing excellent customer service.
Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years or older
- Agriculture background
- Product knowledge
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs on a reqular basis and stand for long periods of time
- Committed to excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Must be available to work flexible schedules - Monday through Saturday, 7:30 am to 8:00 pm and Sunday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm (shift premium paid for working weekends)
Responsibilities:
- Freight handling/Forklift operation
- Stocking/Sales/Recovery
- Ensure departments/store is clean, organized, and well stocked
- Assisting customers with product selection and load outs
- Handling phone calls
- Other tasks as assigned
*Pre-employment drug screen required
Starting wage range is $12.00 to $13.00 per hour
