PART-TIME CASHIER (Evenings/Weekends)
Bomgaars is seeking a friendly, outgoing individual with Cashier experience to work evenings and weekends. Cashier positions offer the opportunity to be a productive team member while providing excellent customer service.
Qualifications:
- Cashier experience preferred
- Product knowledge
- Ability to multi-task
- Detail Oriented
- Must be able to lift up to 50+ lbs on a regular basis and stand for long periods
- Committed to excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Must be available to work flexible schedules - evenings and weekends (shift premium paid for working weekends)
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome customers
- Operate cash register and handle transactions accurately (cash, correct change, credit/debit card, checks)
- Scan, bag items and issue receipts for customers
- Process customer returns and exchanges according to store policy
- Maintain clean, organized checkout area
- Promote store loyalty programs, special promotions/coupon redemption
- Handling phone calls
Starting Wage is $11.00 per hour
