PART-TIME SALES ASSOCIATES/CASHIERS
Bomgaars is seeking friendly, customer service oriented individuals with retail experience. Sales Associate positions offer the opportunity to work in various departments as well as cross-trained to Cashier and run a register.
Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years or older
- Retail experience preferred
- Agriculture background
- Product knowledge
- Must be able to lift 50 - 60 lbs on a regular basis and stand for long periods
- Committed to excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Must be available to work flexible schedules - days, evenings, weekends (shift premium paid for working weekends)
Responsibilities:
- Freight handling/forklift operation (varying weather conditions)
- Sales/Stocking/Recovery
- Operate cash register and handle transactions accurately (cash, correct change, credit/debit cards, and checks)
- Ensure store is clean, organized, and well stocked
- Maintain a clean, organized checkout area
- Assisting customers with product selection and load outs
- Handling phone calls
*Pre-employment drug screen required
Starting wage is $10.00 per hour
