FULL-TIME CLOTHING DEPARTMENT LEAD
Bomgaars is seeking a motivated, responsible, and customer service oriented individual to fill a Department Lead position. The individual will oversee the operations of the Clothing department.
Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years or older
- Retail Clothing knowledge
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs on a regular basis with bending and squatting
- Committed to excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Must be available to work flexible schedules - days, evenings, rotating weekends (shift premium paid for working weekends)
Responsibilities
- Freight handling/forklift operation
- Cashier/Cash handling
- Sales
- Handling phone calls
- Assisting Customers with product selection and loadouts
Starting wage is $13.00 per hour, based on experience, with a comprehensive Benefit package.

Wage starts at 15$ but could go as high as 19$ depending upon past work experience and ability to work nights and weekends.
