FULL-TIME CLOTHING DEPARTMENT LEAD
Bomgaars is seeking a motivated, responsible individual with retail clothing experience. The individual will oversee the operations of the Apparel and Footwear departments while providing excellent customer service.
Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years or older
- Retail Clothing knowledge/experience
- Administrative skills to handle paperwork, pricing, and record keeping
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail/organizational skills
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs on a regular basis with bending and squatting
- Committed to excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Must be available to work flexible schedules - days, evenings, and rotating weekends (shift premium paid for working weekends)
Responsibilities
- Freight handling/Forklift operation/Merchandising the sales floor
- Sales/Cashier/Recovery
- Ensure departments are clean, organized, and well stocked
- Handling phone calls
- Assisting Customers with product selection and loadouts

Starting wage is $16.00 per hour with a comprehensive Benefit package.

Wage starts at 15$ but could go as high as 19$ depending upon past work experience and ability to work nights and weekends.
