FULL-TIME SALES ASSOCIATES
Bomgaars is seeking motivated, customer service oriented individuals to fill Sales Associate positions. The position offers an opportunity to be a productive team member while providing excellent customer service.
Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years or older
- Agriculture background/Product knowledge
- Being Bilingual is helpful but not mandatory
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs on a regular basis
- Committed to excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Must be available to work flexible schedules - days, evenings, weekends, holidays (shift premium paid for working weekends and holidays)
Responsibilities:
- Freight handling/forklift operation
- Stocking/Sales/Recovery
- Ensure store is clean, organized, and well stocked
- Assisting customers with product selection and load outs
- Handling phone calls
- Other tasks as assigned
Starting wage is $15.00 per hour with a comprehensive Benefit package
