FULL-TIME DEPARTMENT LEAD (Tools)
Bomgaars is seeking a motivated, responsible individual to fill a Department Lead position. The position is a supervisory role to oversee the Tools - DeWalt Shop.
Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years or older
- Agriculture background/Product knowledge - power tools
- Administrative skills to handle paperwork and record keeping
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Must be able to lift up to 50+ lbs on a regular basis
- Committed to excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Must be available to work flexible schedules -days, evenings, weekends (shift premium paid for working weekends)
Responsibilities:
- Ad signage/Promotional signage
- Sales/Cashier/Recovery
- Freight handling/Forklift operation
- Ensure department/store is clean, organized, and well stocked
- Assisting customers with product selection
- Handling phone calls
- Other tasks as assigned
Starting wage is $14.00 per hour with a comprehensive Benefit package.
