JANE, MO Bomgaars NOW HIRING - FT Key Carrier

FULL-TIME KEY CARRIER 

Bomgaars is seeking a motivated, responsible individual with Key Carrier experience. Key Carrier is a supervisory role with operational emphasis over various areas in the store and helps the Store Manager lead a productive team.

Qualifications:

  • Must be 21 years or older
  • Product knowledge
  • Retail and management experience preferred but training available
  • Merchandising skills/experience
  • Clear and concise communication skills
  • Computer skills
  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs on a regular basis
  • Committed to excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Must be available to work flexible shifts - days, evenings, weekends (shift premium paid for working weekends)

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations of the store to include team coaching, inventory control, labor control
  • Opening and closing the store/balancing cash drawers
  • General Sales Clerk duties to ensure store is clean, organized, and well stocked
  • Cashiering/Cash Handling
  • Freight handling/Forklift operation
  • Customer load outs
  • Handling phone calls

Starting wage is $17.00 per hour
