FULL-TIME DEPARTMENT LEAD (Tools/Seasonal)
Bomgaars is seeking a motivated, responsible individual with retail experience to fill a Department Lead position. The individual will oversee the Seasonal and Tools departments while providing excellent customer service.
Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years or older
- Product knowledge
- Detail oriented
- Motivated
- Administrative skills to handle paperwork and record keeping
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Must be able to lift up to 50+ lbs on a regular basis
- Committed to excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Must be available to work flexible schedules - days, evenings, weekends (shift premium paid for working weekends)
Responsibilities:
- Freight handling/forklift operation/manual pallet jack (varying outside elements)
- Merchandising the sales floors
- Sales/Cashier/Recovery
- Ensure department/store is clean, organized, and well stocked
- Assisting customers with product selection and load outs
- Handling phone calls
- Other tasks as assigned

Starting wage is $14.50 per hour with a comprehensive Benefit package.

Wage starts at 15$ but could go as high as 19$ depending upon past work experience and ability to work nights and weekends.
