FULL-TIME DEPARTMENT LEAD (Hardware/Power Tools)
Bomgaars is looking for a motivated, responsible individual to fill a Department Lead position. The individual will oversee the operations of the Hardware and Power Tools Departments. Position offers an opportunity to be a productive team member.
Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years or older
- Product Knowledge and experience - Hardware, Power Tools, and Outdoor Power Equipment
- Agriculture/Farm background
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs on a regular basis
- Committed to excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Must be available to work flexible schedules - days, evenings, weekends (shift premium paid for working weekends)
Responsibilities
- Freight handling/forklift operation, merchandising the sales floor
- Cashier
- Sales/Stocking/Recovery
- Product assembly as needed
- Handling phone calls
- Assisting Customers with product selection and loadouts
Starting wage range is $15.00 per hour with a comprehensive Benefit package

Wage starts at 15$ but could go as high as 19$ depending upon past work experience and ability to work nights and weekends.
