FULL-TIME DEPARTMENT LEAD (Pets)
Bomgaars is seeking a motivated, responsible individual to fill a Department Lead position. The individual will oversee the operations of the Pet department. Position offers an opportunity to be a productive team member.
Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years or older
- Retail knowledge/experience
- Administrative skills to handle paperwork, pricing, and record keeping
- Strong attention to detail/organizational skills
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs on a regular basis with bending and squatting
- Committed to excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Must be available to work flexible schedules - days, evenings, weekends (shift premium paid for working weekends)
Responsibilities
- Freight handling/forklift operation/merchandising the sales floor
- Sales/Cashier/Recovery
- Ensure department is clean, organized, and well stocked
- Handling phone calls
- Assisting Customers with product selection and loadouts
*Pre-employment drug screen required
Starting wage is $18.00 per hour with a comprehensive Benefit package.
