FULL-TIME DEPARTMENT LEADS

In preparing for the new store opening, Bomgaars is seeking motivated, responsible individuals with retail experience to fill Department Lead positions. Department Leads oversee the operations of various departments while providing excellent customer service.
Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years or older
- Agriculture background/Product knowledge
- Administrative skills to handle paperwork, pricing, and record keeping
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs on a regular basis
- Committed to excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Must be available to work flexible schedules - days, evenings, weekends, holidays (shift premium paid for working weekends and holidays)
Responsibilities:
- Freight handling/forklift operation
- Cashier/Cash handling
- Sales/Stocking/Recovery
- Ensure departments/store is clean, organized, and well stocked
- Assisting customers with product selection and load outs
- Handling phone calls
- Other tasks as assigned
*Pre-employment drug screening required
Starting wage is based on experience
