FULL-TIME CDL DRIVER/LUMBER YARD ASSOCIATE
Bomgaars is seeking a motivated and responsible individual with a CDL license and lumber yard operations experience. Join the Building Center team at Spirit Lake, IA.
Requirements:
- Class A CDL
- DOT approved certification/Clean driving record
- Proficient in operating freight handling equipment
- Experience in a fast-paced, full-scale lumber yard
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs on a regular basis
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work outside in varying weather conditions
- Committed to excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Available to work flexible shifts - days and occasional weekends (shift premium paid for working weekends)
Responsibilities:
- Freight handling/loading and unloading lumber using appropriate equipment
- Deliver materials to job sites
- Assisting customers with product selection and load outs
- Adhere to all Safety guidelines and OSHA regulations
- Ensure lumber is well stocked and organized
- Handling phone calls
