FULL-TIME SALES ASSOCIATES
Bomgaars is seeking friendly and customer service oriented individuals. Sales Associate positions offer the opportunity to work in various departments throughout the store while providing excellent customer service.
Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years or older
- Agriculture background
- Product knowledge
- Must be able to lift 40 to 50 lbs on a reqular basis
- Committed to excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Must be available to work flexible schedules - days, evenings, weekends (shift premium paid for working weekends)
Responsibilities:
- Freight handling/forklift operation (varying weather conditions)
- Stocking/Sales/Recovery
- Ensure departments/store is clean, organized, and well stocked
- Assisting customers with product selection and load outs
- Handling phone calls
- Other tasks as assigned
Starting wage range is $16.00 per hour with a comprehensive Benefit package
