FULL-TIME KEY CARRIER (Evenings/Weekends)
Bomgaars is seeking a motivated, responsible individual with Key Carrier experience to work evenings and weekends. The position is a supervisory role with operational emphasis over various departments and helping the Store Manager lead a productive team.
Qualifications:
- Must be 21 years or older and subject to an applicable background check
- Product knowledge/Agriculture background
- Retail and management experience preferred
- Communication and interpersonal skills
- Computer skills
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs on a regular basis
- Committed to excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Must be available to work flexible schedules - evenings and weekends (shift premium paid for working weekends)
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations of the department/store
- Closing the store/balancing cash drawers
- General Sales Clerk duties to ensure department/store is clean, organized, and well stocked
- Cashiering/cash handling
- Freight handling/forklift operation
- Customer load outs
- Handling phone calls
Starting wage is $13.00 per hour with a comprehensive Benefit package
