FULL-TIME SPORTING GOODS DEPARTMENT LEAD
Bomgaars is seeking a responsible, motivated individual as a Department Lead over the Sporting Goods department. Prefer individual has supervisory experience as well as firearms, ammunition, and sporting goods merchandise knowledge. Position offers an opportunity to be a productive team member.
Qualifications:
- Must be 21 years or older
- Required to pass a pre-employment drug screen and applicable background check
- ATF Compliance and sale of new firearms general knowledge/experience
- Computer skills
- Detail oriented for accuracy in paperwork
- Time management skills to prioritiz tasks and meet deadlines
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs on a regular basis
- Committed to excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Must be available to work flexible schedules - days, evenings, weekends (shift premium paid for working weekends)
Responsibilities
- Freight handling/forklift operation
- Cashier/Cash handling
- Sales/Stocking/Recovery
- Ensure the Sporting Goods department is clean, organized, and well stocked
- Handling phone calls
- Assisting Customers with product selection and loadouts
Starting wage is $16.00 per hour with a comprehensive Benefit package.
