FULL-TIME SALES ASSOCIATES (Seasonal Merchandise)
Bomgaars is seeking motivated and customer service oriented individuals to fill Sales Associate positions in the Seasonal merchandise department. The position offers an opportunity to be a productive team member while proving excellent customer service.
Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years or older
- Agriculture background
- Product knowledge
- Must be able to lift 40 to 50 lbs on a regular basis
- Committed to excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Must be available to work flexible schedules - days, evenings, weekends (shift premium paid for working weekends)
Responsibilities:
- Freight handling/forklift operation (varying weather conditions)
- Sales/Cashier/Cash handling
- Ensure departments/store is clean, organized, and well stocked
- Assisting customers with product selection and load outs
- Handling phone calls
- Other tasks as assigned
Starting wage range is $13.00 per hour with a comprehensive Benefit package
