FULL-TIME SALES ASSOCIATES (Apparel/Footwear)
Bomgaars is seeking motivated and customer service oriented individuals to fill Sales Associate positions in the Apparel/Footwear department. The position offers an opportunity to be a productive team member while providing excellent customer service.
Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years or older
- Agriculture background
- Product knowledge
- Must be able to lift 40 to 50 lbs on a regular basis
- Committed to excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Must be available to work flexible schedules - days, evenings, weekends (shift premium paid for working weekends)
Responsibilities:
- Freight handling/forklift operation (varying weather conditions)
- Sales/Cashier/Cash handling
- Ensure departments/store is clean, organized, and well stocked
- Assisting customers with product selection and load outs
- Handling phone calls
- Other tasks as assigned
Starting wage range is $13.00 per hour with a comprehensive Benefit package
