FULL-TIME DEPARTMENT LEAD (Feed)
Bomgaars is seeking a motivated, customer service oriented individual to fill a Department Lead position. The individual will oversee the operations of the Feed department. Position offers an opportunity to be a productive team member.
Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years or older
- Agriculture background
- Product knowledge/experience in Livestock and Feed
- Administrative skills to handle paperwork and record keeping
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail/organizational skills
- Must be able to lift up to 50+ lbs on a regular basis with bending and squatting
- Committed to excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Must be available to work flexible schedules - days, evenings, weekends (shift premium paid for working weekends)
Responsibilities:
- Freight handling/forklift operation/manual pallet jack (varying outside elements)
- Cashier/Cash handling
- Sales/Stocking/Recovery
- Ensure departments are clean, organized, and well stocked
- Assisting customers with product selection and load outs
- Handling phone calls
- Other tasks as assigned

Starting wage is $14.00 per hour with a comprehensive Benefit package.
