FULL-TIME KEY CARRIER (Seasonal)

Bomgaars is seeking a motivated, responsible individual with Key Carrier experience. The position is a seasonal supervisory role with operational emphasis over Hardware, Power Tools, and Outdoor Power Equipment. Key Carriers help the Store Manager in leading a productive team.

Qualifications:

  • Must be 21 years or older
  • Product knowledge
  • Technical skills of power tools and outdoor power equipment
  • Retail and management experience preferred
  • Must be able to quickly assemble seasonal products
  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs on a regular basis
  • Committed to excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Must be available to work flexible shifts - days, evenings, weekends (shift premium paid for working weekends)

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations of the specific departsments as well as the store
  • Opening and closing the store/balancing cash drawers
  • General Sales Clerk duties to ensure store is clean, organized, and well stocked
  • Cashiering/Cash Handling
  • Freight handling - processing, breaking down, sorting, and stocking
  • Forklift operation
  • Customer load outs
  • Handling phone calls

Starting wage is $15.00 per hour
