PART-TIME SALES ASSOCIATES

Bomgaars is seeking motivated, customer service oriented individuals with retail sales experience. Now Hiring to fill Sales Associate positions at the Springdale, AR store.

 

Qualifications:
-  Must be 18 years or older
-  Agriculture background
-  Product knowledge
-  Must be able to lift up to 50+ lbs on a regular basis
-  Committed to excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
-  Must be available to work flexible schedules - days, evenings, weekends, and holidays (shift premium paid for working weekends and holidays)

Responsibilities:
-  Freight handling/Forklift operation/Merchandising the sales floor
-  Sales/Cashier-Cash Handling/Recovery
-  Ensure store is clean, organized, and well stocked
-  Assisting customers with product selection and load outs
-  Handling phone calls
-  Other tasks as assigned

Starting wage range is $13.00 per hour
