FULL-TIME DEPARTMENT LEAD (Cashier/Pantry)
Bomgaars is seeking a motivated, responsible, and customer service oriented individual to fill a Department Lead position. The position is Lead Cashier and includes overseeing the pantry/food area while providing excellent customer service.
Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years or older
- Cashier experience preferred
- Product knowledge
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs on a regular basis and stand for long periods of time
- Committed to excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Must be available to work flexible schedules - Tuesday through Saturday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; hours can change based off business needs
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers
- Operate cash register and handle transactions accurately
- Scan and bag items for customers
- Maintain clean, organized checkout and Pantry area as well as well stocked
- Handling phone calls
- Assisting Customers with product selection
Starting wage is $15.00 per hour with a comprehensive Benefit package
