DEPARTMENT LEAD (Stihl Technician)
Bomgaars is seeking a motivated, responsible individual with knowledge and experience in Stihl power equipment. The individual will oversee the power equipment merchandise area while doing equipment repair.
Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years or older
- Cashier experience
- Experience and knowledge of Stihl power equipment/small engines
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs on a regular basis and stand for long periods of time
- Committed to excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Must be available to work flexible schedules - days, evenings, weekends (shift premium paid for working weekends)
Responsibilities
- Repair of Stihl power equipment
- Freight Handling/Organize and restock Stihl power equipment aisles
- Cashier/Sales
- Ensure department is clean, organized, and well stocked
- Handling phone calls
- Assisting Customers with product selection and load outs
Starting wage is $15.00 per hour with a comprehensive Benefit package
